Position Overview
As a Barista, you’ll deliver exceptional guest experiences by preparing high-quality espresso drinks and beverages while living out our values of being Caring, Humble, and Hungry every day.
You’ll report to the General Manager and collaborate closely with our FOH hospitality team. You’ll work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment where everyone pitches in.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests and create a warm, welcoming experience
- Prepare and serve specialty espresso beverages and delicious handcrafted drinks
- Operate the POS with accuracy and hospitality
- Support teammates — set up the next person for success
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
- Complete daily cleaning and organization tasks
- Receive, stock, and rotate product and inventory
- Jump in wherever needed — no job too small
Who You Are
- Friendly, caring, humble, hungry to grow

- Quick learner who adapts well in fast-paced environments
- Detail-focused and committed to consistency and quality
- Able to follow food safety and cleanliness standards
Experience as a barista, coffee barista, or café team member is a plus — but not required. We’ll teach you!

Physical Requirements
- Stand for long periods; lift up to 25 lbs
- Use espresso equipment, POS systems, and kitchen tools
- Follow instructions and safety procedures accurately
- Work safely around cleaning products and hot equipment
